SmartDeskit sells technology products including laptops, gaming products, monitors, networking equipment, components, storage, power backup products, software, accessories and business technology products. We may also provide related technology services where agreed in writing.
Product availability
All products are subject to live supplier stock availability and supplier confirmation. Prices, specifications, images, promotions and availability may change without prior notice. If a pricing or product information error is identified before fulfilment, SmartDeskit may correct the error, cancel the order or offer the customer an alternative.
Orders
An order is confirmed only once payment and stock availability have been verified. If an item is unavailable, SmartDeskit may offer an alternative product, backorder option or refund.
Payments
Customers must use the approved payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders may be held until payment clears. Ownership of goods remains with SmartDeskit or the supplier until payment has been received and confirmed.
Delivery
Estimated delivery is 5 to 10 business days after payment and stock confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by supplier processing, courier delays, stock movement, incorrect customer details, outlying delivery areas or events outside our reasonable control.
Returns, refunds and warranties
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer protection law. Manufacturer and supplier warranty terms may apply to hardware and electronics.
