SMARTDESK IT SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD trades online as SmartDeskit, a South African ecommerce technology store.

Orders are delivered within South Africa using courier services and supplier fulfilment channels where applicable.

Delivery timeline

Customers can expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation and stock confirmation. Delivery to major metro areas may be faster, while outlying areas may take longer.

Stock confirmation

Products are subject to supplier stock confirmation before fulfilment. If an item is unavailable after order placement, we will contact the customer with an alternative, backorder option or refund.

Courier tracking

Where courier tracking is available, tracking details will be shared once the order has been processed for delivery.

Customer responsibility

Customers must provide a complete delivery address, reachable contact number and accurate email address. Delivery delays caused by incomplete or incorrect details may extend the estimated timeline.
